Late yesterday evening we were informed by Delta, they are going to temporarily pause production of some of their skus.  This temporary pause of production will span across the Brizo, Delta and Peerless product lines.  The pause is scheduled to be for the next 120 days and will hopefully resume early 4^th quarter 2021.  During this time no orders will be allowed on any of the paused products.  However, if you currently have any of these items on order, they will fulfill the orders. 

Attached is a copy of the letter from Delta and a matrix of the paused product.  We are in unchartered waters with supply chain and production and feel the temporary pause of certain skus will help us get backorders caught up and begin to see lead times cut down and product shipping more efficiently.

Franke has reconfigured their shipping program for the Franke Granite sinks effective June 7^th!!

Going forward, all granite sinks whether 1 or 20 will ship on a pallet via LTL!!!  The flat rate program of $25 will apply for one sink, $1500 net will give you FFA!!

In regards to G5000 dishwashers, to insure a proper launch and inventory levels we will be moving our initial launch date back to the a date in September or October; I will let you know if anything changes and update you on an exact release date.  Ordering procedures will only be through our B2B portal once the product becomes available.

If you need to secure a Miele dishwasher the only ones able to order at this time are the G7000 series which have availability as of today in the chart below.  Some dealers put in large orders and they are starting to push back.  Please secure what you think you’ll need ASAP.
