We are excited to announce that our California Warehouse will be moving in August to a larger facility located in Vernon, CA.  

The team has been working hard to prep the new space and accomplish the move with limited disruptions. As you can imagine, there will be some short-term delays in processing and transit times while the move takes place.

We want you to be aware of some key dates:

• Beginning July 26th, Top Knobs products will ship exclusively from New Jersey until the move is complete. All Atlas display shipments are also on hold from now until August 10th.
• August 5th: Last day of shipments from our current warehouse for Atlas Homewares and Du Verre products.
• August 6th and 9th: No products will ship out of CA on these days.
• August 10th: Shipments resume out of the new facility for all brands.

We have encouraged customers to please move up orders if possible to minimize delays.

Thermador Phased-Out FREEDOM Refrigeration Display “1-2-FREE” Eligibility ENDS 7/31/2021

The deadline to include phased-out Thermador FREEDOM BI refrigeration as part of a “1-2-FREE” order ends 7/31/2021… This will not be extended.

Please look through all of your quoted and pending orders and get them to me ASAP along with the full 18 digit serial number.

Effective immediately.

A decision has been made to put a production hold Bosch 27-inch single and double wall ovens and to no longer accept any new orders.

This decision was made in order to help the New Bern factory maximize production to address wall ovens and ranges backorder recovery as

soon as possible, We will continue to produce both retail and builder orders that are in the system.
