See below for our next container schedule, the time frame is more extended than usual due to Chinese New Year closures. Our factory will be closed for a month during January and February.

We are discounting the Ellipse Basin in Sable,  Soho Basin in Studio, and the Bath Racks by 30% to remove these items from our stocking program. The basins can still be ordered through our non-stocking program once the stock has been sold. The bath racks are discontinued from our program entirely. Scroll down for a refresher on these items. Order Process Includes dealer signing off on Proforma Invoice and Claybrook receiving payment for non-stocking order. 

The US is experiencing unprecedented delays with containers being checked in at Ports due to COVID-19.

Arrival times are only estimates, and can vary. 

* Non Stocking orders require an upfront 50% non- refundable deposit to start production of the product.

Wall Hung Basins

Wall Hung Basins: Officially Launching Q1 of 2022. Product is on the water and should be arriving in January to our warehouse. Wall Hung Basins will be stocked in Dallas Texas in a curated range of color offerings. These are produced in Marbleform ©, and will come with internal overflows and matching pop-up wastes. The Basins can be ordered in any of our Marbleform © colors, including the new colors shown below. Samples of our new colors have arrived in Dallas and they will be shipped to each dealer within the next week. The new Marbleform© colors can be used on any of the Claybrook product lines.

Holiday Hours – Fairmont Designs will be closed Friday December 24 – Sunday January 2, 2022 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s. Reopening on Monday January 3rd, 2022. In addition, they will be conducting inventory Tuesday, December 21 – Thursday December 23rd. As a result their last shipping day will be Monday December 20^th.

Current Promotions and Sales 

• Product Bundles – Attached are updated Product Bundles. Toledo has now been added to the offering.
• Also attached is an updated inventory of Phase Out products and the “Fairmont Sale” with clearance items priced at reduced net costs by item.    

 Sub-Zero is experiencing supply chain shortages which has an impact on availability dates. Adjustments are schedule to be completed on December 3^rd in the ordering system. I recommend checking the availability dates on Friday and again over the weekend if possible.

   On the other hand, we should start to see reduced lead times on Cove and Wolf as they are ramping up manufacturing. (Exception being Induction & Dual Fuel Ranges)

Please note at this time the Waterworks Distribution Center is working through a large backlog of shipments.  As of today, Tuesday, 11/30, the shipping status is as follows:

·         Expedited shipments are current – we are shipping same day picks for overnight and second day service levels as per normal operations.  However please note expedited shipments require prior Regional Manager approval before being processed

·         Freight/LTL shipments are backlogged – we are currently working on orders that were picked 4 – 5 business days ago

·         Small package shipments (standard S01 service level) are backlogged – we are currently working on orders that were picked 8 – 9 business days ago

·         All remaining shipments will continue to be prioritized by pick date

We are continuing to work through the shipping backlog and will provide updates as they become available.
