Custom (Non-stocking) Product lead times are 16 weeks and contingenton the container schedule, not when an order is placed.

I am following up to provide you with a status on your pending orders with Décor Walther. Both Pontem and Décor Walther will be closed for the last two weeks of the year to allow our teams to rest and recharge ahead of the new year.

Due to this closure starting December 24^th, we would like to alert you that our warehouse will not receive another Décor Walther shipment before the end of the year. Our team will resume finalizing the next Décor Walther shipment once back from our holiday closure starting January 5^th. At that time, we will also include any new orders placed during the holiday break. This means we would anticipate the shipment Mid/End of January. Once finalized we will be able to further provide you with a more detailed ETA.

Attached is a copy of Viega’s expanded warranty on PureFlow pipe and fittings. The most impactful improvement is the extension of the PureFlow Press polymer fitting warranty to 30 years when used with Viega PureFlow tubing – an increase from the previous 25-year term. This expanded coverage exceeds Uponor’s standard system warranty and provides contractors and builders even more reasons to choose Viega.

Another major enhancement is the introduction of a 10-year warranty for mixed systems. Under this change, ASTM F1807 metal crimp and ASTM F2159 polymer crimp fittings from other manufacturers may now be used with Viega PureFlow tubing while maintaining a 10-year tubing warranty.

Viega also removed the previous limitation that ended warranty coverage 10 years after a building changed ownership. This update improves long-term value to property owners and strengthens confidence for developers and municipalities.
