Due to an upcoming nationwide incandescent bulb ban, effective August 1st,

2023, Waterworks will no longer offer incandescent bulbs with the lights listed in the

chart below. All orders for the impacted styles will ship without the light bulb. The

recommended Edison and T10 5.5″ bulbs used in these lights can typically be found

at retailers such as Home Depot, Lowe’s and Amazon with a variety of options –

dimmable, clear glass or amber glass, and various filament styles.

Note that the lights in the chart below will be placed back into “In Development” by end of day, Friday, July

28th, and orders will no longer ship until stock of suitable LED replacement bulbs is received. The T10 8.5″

bulb is difficult to locate in the market, so Waterworks will continue to supply the light bulb with the product

once the LED replacement bulb is in stock. The replacement bulbs will also be available on their own, using

style code 100686. At this time, we are anticipating receipt of the light bulbs in mid-September. Updates

will be shared by your Regional Managers as soon as inventory has been adjusted and lights are available for quoting, ordering, and

shipping.

Additionally, the below incandescent replacement bulbs are either being discontinued immediately, or will

be discontinued at the end of this week.

• Please review open quotes and orders with your Regional Managers. Lines with the

affected items will either need to be canceled or shipped by this Friday, July 28th. If product does not ship by

this Friday, orders will need to be updated with the new product that will be available in mid-September.

The following light bulbs will be discontinued on July 28th.

Kartners is in the process of moving from their flagship location in North Vancouver to a new space in Port Coquitlam, BC.  They are consolidating 5 warehouses to one larger, more efficient space to more efficiently process and ship orders.  Much of the work has already been completed but there may be some slight disruptions in service over the next few day.

Secondly, Kartners is making a change to the way the ship special finish products.  This only pertains to PPD orders of $1500.00 that include special finish products.  Attached is the explanation from Kartners.
