Attached is the Gerber lead time sheet. It looks bad on the 21-832 concealed trap Avalanche bowl which is listed at 15 weeks. I had a meeting this week with Rob Larson from Gerber and he did assure me that it looks worse than it actually is. He said everything at the factory has been resolved and they have increased production on this sku. They expect the date to continue to decrease but have a number of back orders to fill and want to get a better handle on things before they lower the date anymore. They are filling all orders based on when they received them and not allowing anyone to jump ahead in line which I believe is the fair way to go.

I have some good news and some bad news regarding our ceramic tops. The good news is that we are down to just one size of ceramic top that we are continuing to having issues. The bad news is that we are still having issues with the 3cm 49” TC3-4922W1 & TC3-4922W8 tops. Thus far the tops that have been produced have not met our QC standards, and at this point the earliest we expect to see any inventory is late January / early February. Until product is “on the water” I am not promising any date to be back in stock.

In light of this updated information we are bringing in additional 11/16” 49” Ceramic tops (TC-4922W1/8) to hopefully address demand for the ceramic tops. We are also contacting customers that have orders currently in house and initially requested to wait for the 49” TC3 tops to ask if they would like to switch to the 11/16” top or continue to wait. We will also let customers know the status for any new orders received.

Please feel free to share this information with our dealers. Again the only tops that are at issue are the 3cm 49” Ceramic tops: TC3-4922W1 & TC3-4922W8.

Click Here – Q1 2018 Price Sheet JDB9600 Dish Recall Whirlpool Corporation is in cooperation with BSH Home Appliances Corporation (“BSH”) in announcing a voluntary recall on October 19, 2017, to replace the power cord on certain Jenn-Air dishwasher models. This decision was made following recent customer reports that found that the dishwasher power cord can overheat, posing a potential fire hazard.  No injuries have been reported.
