As of December 31st, 2017, the original Chromatherapy system with the LED lenses will NO LONGER be offered. We will accept orders until that date.

STARTING JANUARY 3rd, 2018

All orders for Chromatherapy will automatically include the new ILLUZIO with the invisible LED.

The LED lights are cleverly tucked away inside the inner shell thus leaving the interior of the bath completely intact and smooth.When activated, the oval shaped lights glow beautifully through the acrylic shell to deliver the most effective chromatherapy.

New Basco Freight Policy Announcement

 Dear Valued Customer:
I am pleased to announce a significant change in our freight policy here at Basco.   As trends change in our business, we want to ensure we are presenting you with the most competitive programs possible.  We executed extensive research throughout the industry to develop a program that is not only competitive, but simple to understand and administer.
To that end, we are eliminating our current freight policy and structure which is five doors for a Full Freight Allowed shipment.  Going forward, beginning with orders placed January 2, 2018, our new freight policy will be a $750 Net order will receive Full Freight Allowed status, eliminating all previous prepaid freight programs.
This program is inclusive of all Basco products, including our Roda branded products.
The enhancement to our freight program will allow, in most cases, for quicker shipment of products to your customers, as we will eliminate the “Hold for Five” program, which will be unnecessary with the lower threshold to qualify for a prepaid shipment.  This policy will be in place for products shipped on a Basco truck or if you are an LTL customer outside of our current Basco truck routes.
We are excited to offer you this new program for Basco and look forward to a mutually prosperous 2018.  Should you have any questions regarding this change, please contact your Basco Regional Manager.

We are asking for your assistance in updating your website and removing all instances of publications and/or marketing materials, both print and digital, from the field that may include incorrect photography.
All marketing materials, print and digital, containing old imagery (examples noted below for your references) of the following SKUs should not be used or distributed. If any such materials exist, please remove from the field and destroy.
