New Basco Freight Policy Announcement

 Dear Valued Customer:

I am pleased to announce a significant change in our freight policy here at Basco.   As trends change in our business, we want to ensure we are presenting you with the most competitive programs possible.  We executed extensive research throughout the industry to develop a program that is not only competitive, but simple to understand and administer.

To that end, we are eliminating our current freight policy and structure which is five doors for a Full Freight Allowed shipment.  Going forward, beginning with orders placed January 2, 2018, our new freight policy will be a $750 Net order will receive Full Freight Allowed status, eliminating all previous prepaid freight programs.

This program is inclusive of all Basco products, including our Roda branded products.

The enhancement to our freight program will allow, in most cases, for quicker shipment of products to your customers, as we will eliminate the “Hold for Five” program, which will be unnecessary with the lower threshold to qualify for a prepaid shipment.  This policy will be in place for products shipped on a Basco truck or if you are an LTL customer outside of our current Basco truck routes.
