On behalf of Duravit USA, Inc., I would like to thank you for your continued support over the past year while using our PL 17 and PL 17 News price books.
This letter is to advise of the introduction of the PL 18 price book which will go into effect on July 15th, 2018.
A pdf download of our PL18 price book will be sent to you by June 1st, 2018 and pricing in excel format will be available upon request.
PL 18 pricing will be honored for orders placed for shipment by July 13th, 2018. Special orders placed and back-orders for items placed by July 16th, 2018, will be billed at PL 17 pricing when available and shipped.
Please do not hesitate to contact your Duravit representative for any additional information.

BlueStar Price Increase (new pricing attached will start July 16th 2018)

On July 16th we will be having a price increase at BlueStar.
It’s our first price increase in a handful of years. It’s mainly because of the rising cost of our supplier for the parts we use in our products. I am sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you with your customers.
Attached you will find your special pricing costs and UMRP. I will have the new PDF pricing available in the coming weeks.
Please let your pending interested clients know this will be coming. They need to get their orders in the system prior to the increase going into effect.
We can always hold or push shipments to later dates if they don’t need the products early but to keep the current pricing our orders must be booked in our system prior to July 16th.
Please pass this on to anyone on your local teams and input it in your systems as well.

SUB-ZERO Make your lifer easier with the BI-Series Mounting Kit 7020607

Q: Do I need to order the 1/4” backer and 1/10” spacer from my custom cabinet company?
Answer: No. Just order the one-piece decorative outer panel.
You can make your life a tad be easier (and less costly) by ordering from Sub-Zero the “Mounting Kit for Custom Front Panels” that can be used for all BI-Series refrigeration. This plastic track will take the place of the 1/4” backer and 1/10” spacer. It will not shrink or swell with the seasons. Many of our installers enjoy using this kit vs. the previous way to install the panel. See the attached installation sheet.

Ronbow Product Update

Hi Everyone,
RONBOW has some great news to share!
A significant amount of product has shipped from our factory over the last few weeks. Here is the latest:
- Many containers shipped from the factory last Friday 5/25 and additional ones left the previous week on 5/18. Shipments have products that include among others:
- More 36″ Navy Amora vanities
- More 30″ White Amora vanities
- Aravo Solutions vanities in 24″, 30″, 36″ and 48″
- Torino vanities in 48″, 60″ and 72″
- 24″ and 48″ Newcastle vanities
- Parisian Grey tops in the 37″ size
- More sinks, side and backsplashes, and tops.
- Arriving early this week to the RONBOW US warehouse are many products including:
- 30″ White Lexie vanities
- 36″ Navy Amora vanities
- 30″ White Amora vanities
- 36″ Sable Elm Genova vanities
- 30″ and 36″ Aravo Solutions vanity sink tops
- A wide variety of backsplashes, tops, and sinks.
- We have made a change to our Customer Service phone system – phone calls are being answered either immediately or placed into voice mail. Our Customer Service team checks messages throughout the day. It seems to be helping get to everyone’s calls faster and avoids long wait times until Ronbow answers the phone. Hopefully everyone is finding this helpful.
