I hope this email finds you well. Today is an exciting day, as it is the first official day of our Rise & Noir launch! We have several new sku’s open to ship and we are excited to share the biggest launch in JennAir’s history with you.
Based on production schedules, premium quality checks, and order strength, there are three areas where we are expecting to see slow order fulfillment. Below are the platforms, details as it relates to order expectations, and mitigation options. Rise & Noir BIRs, V2 single and double wall ovens, dish, hoods, ice makers, under counter, and cooktops have a solid suite in market, are available, and ready to get moving!
Professional Style Ranges
- ***If you need a JGRP548WP or JDRP548WP, place order immediately and contact me, or step client to new Rise or Noir model. We will have very tight to no inventory on these models going forward.***
- JGRP548WP – ETA of run out, week of 4/1
- JGRP436WP – ETA of run out, week of 4/8
- JDRP536WP – ETA of run out, week of 4/29

- Expect order fulfillment lead time of 2-3 weeks
- All units undergoing premium quality checks slowing deployment

- Order fulfillment expectation: 5/27 (updating OTS)
- Current orders re-dated to 5/27 to reflect reliable fulfillment time
- Pro range production focusing on Dual Fuel (for premium step)
- Expedite shipping starting early May to fill client orders ASAP
- Mitigation option: step clients to Dual Fuel
- Noir Gas
- Open to ship late August

Rangetops
- JGCP536WP & JGCP436WP are no longer available to order. Step client to Rise or Noir.
- JGCP548WP – ETA of runout is 6/17
- JGCP430WP – ETA of runout is 8/26
- New Order for Rise/Noir fulfillment expectation: 4/22 (updating OTS)
- Current Rise/Noir orders will be redated to 4/22 to reflect reliable fulfillment time
- Expedited shipping starting early April to fill client orders ASAP
