Rachel, please let your staff know we are now offering a very limited number of supplies/accessories, customers ask for to maintain their True products, online direct to consumer.
The site is now live.
You can still order these for the customer and make a margin or just let them buy on line.
We sell parts/accessories at UMRP plus a 15.00 flat fee shipping directly to the consumer.
Many of our dealers didn’t want to be bothered with stocking these types of items so they welcomed this option.
We have NO intention whatsoever to sell finished goods online. We will continue to support the displaying dealer with our aggressive programs and industry exclusives.
Thanks for passing this on to your staff… or NOT and ordering these types of items as needed.

Dear Valued Customer,
Please find in the attachment a letter from Fairmont Designs regarding a 2nd error in their printed price books.
See below and the attached letter for both errors.
1) On page 92: 1512-V3018 / 1513-V3018 should be $950.00
The information is correct on page 78
2) T-7322DWC – White Carrera Marble 72-7/8” x 22-1/4” x ¾” Top should be
$2,100.00 List
This error is on pages: 31, 66, 73, 86 and 100.
These errors were only made in the printed price book. The electronic excel version
was correct.

1) Price Increase for Sub-Zero and Wolf. Place orders by March 31st and take delivery by April 14th to receive current pricing. (See attached)
2) Grand Kitchen Savings Program ends March 31st. Don’t forget to redeem points. (Program attached)
3) The National Consumer Rebate Program (Grand Kitchen) will be extended.
4) The Asko Dishwasher Clean-up program that gives a Free disposer ends March31st. (Program Attached) The Best Instant Savings Program ends March 31st. (Program Attached)
5) The Upgrade and Save Program runs through April. To the best of my knowledge, Will not be extended. (Program Attached)
