Rachel, please let your staff know we are now offering a very limited number of supplies/accessories, customers ask for to maintain their True products, online direct to consumer.
The site is now live.
You can still order these for the customer and make a margin or just let them buy on line.
We sell parts/accessories at UMRP plus a 15.00 flat fee shipping directly to the consumer.
Many of our dealers didn’t want to be bothered with stocking these types of items so they welcomed this option.
We have NO intention whatsoever to sell finished goods online. We will continue to support the displaying dealer with our aggressive programs and industry exclusives.
