Water Street Brass Updates

We’re excited to share an update regarding our production lead times and ongoing efforts to improve your experience with Water Street Brass.

Thanks to recent investments and operational enhancements, we’ve successfully reduced lead times on select finishes. These improvements are the result of:

• Expanded Production Team: Strategic hiring has increased throughput in key areas.
• New Equipment Investments: Upgraded machinery and a new coloring line has boosted efficiency and capacity.

In conjunction with these changes, we’ve reorganized our Finish Groups to better reflect current production capabilities and streamline order fulfillment.

While lead times for plated finishes remain unchanged for now, we’ve made substantial progress in expanding capacity with our plating supplier. We’re optimistic about improvements in the near future and will keep you informed as they develop.
