We want to make you aware of an important upcoming system change that will impact how we process orders and deliveries. Our current SAP system has reached the end of its lifecycle and will be upgraded. While we have been actively preparing for this transition over the past 18 months, we recognize that a cutover of this scale may create some disruption. Our goal is to minimize any impact to you and your customers through thorough planning and proactive communication.
Key Dates to Note:
- Wednesday, September 24th: Current system will be turned off at 2:00 PM PST (5:00 PM EST).
- Thursday, October 2nd: New system will go live. Order entry will resume; shipping will begin on October 2nd with a gradual ramp-up through October 10th.
What This Means for You:
- Orders needed prior to October 10th should be submitted early. We recommend pulling orders ahead into the week of September 15th (or sooner) to better guarantee delivery.
- Deliveries will pause after September 24th and gradually resume starting October 2nd.
- Additional details, including guidance for managing orders during this period, will be shared in a follow-up communication.
