Moen’s Connected Water team is excited to annoucnce the upcoming transition of the Flo Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff and Smart Leak Detectors from the Flo by Moen App to the Smart Water Network App for new owners.
From August 19, 2024 forward all new Flo Shutoff and Leak Detector owners will be directed to download the Smart Water Network App to provision the device. Existing users will continue to use their current app and a migration plan will be developed to move them over in the coming months.
This change allows the customer to view all Moen smart connected products such as the U by Moen Shower, Smart Kitchen Faucet, Smart Leak Detectors, Smart Sump Pump Monitor and the Flo by Moen in one app!
