Waterworks 2024 Henry Re-Sourcing Project | Specification Update

As shared on the Boutique Partner Portal yesterday, there is action required involving the Henry Re-Sourcing Project.

State of the Project
Waterworks is heavily stocked in Henry product from the original supplier. To expedite depletion of inventory, and switch to stock from the new supplier, we are adjusting how Henry is marketed on Waterworks.com and the BP Pricing Tool.

What is NEW About Specifying Henry Fittings?

• Simplified assortment on Waterworks.com – Stocked finishes only
• Improved search functionality – Searching for either supplier Style will bring you to the Stocked Style

What to Expect

• Henry Fittings will show on Waterworks.com for Stock Finishes only beginning Monday, March 18th, with a custom availability message which will read:

Stock Finishes in drop down below available now.
Connect with a Sales Consultant for Special Order Waterworks Metal Finishes.

• Henry Fittings WW Special Order Finishes will remain orderable from the new supplier and live in the BP Pricing Tool
• This direction will remain in play as long as there is stock available from the original supplier
• New supplier Henry had been live to support orders during the NSF transition, and will now be turned off. Original supplier Henry is now NSF compliant once rinsed.
