We are providing an update to our service levels.
As of today, truck shipments are averaging 11 days’ lead time. Some are going sooner, a few are taking longer than 11 days. We have implemented several changes, and these improvements should continue to shorten our lead times.
Small parcel orders are averaging 14 days’ lead time. These orders will be the focus this week now that our improvements on truck orders are going smoothly. We hope to get small parcels down to 11 days by the end of the week, then continue to get back to 7 days or less.
Your patience with our service levels has been appreciated, as well as your loyalty to the Sioux Chief brand. We know many wholesalers have made adjustments on reorder points to keep our products in the hands of the contractor. Thank you.
