Please be advised that we will soon launch updated pricebooks for both the Estate and Reserve portfolios effective December 15th. These updated pricebooks will include a price increase in several Estate categories for a weighted average increase of 3%. There will not be an increase to the Reserve portfolio at this time.
The new catalogs will also feature the newest addition to the Estate portfolio with last week’s launch of the Gramercy mortise and tubular handle sets. These handle set options join the L029 & L030 levers and the Gramercy cabinet hardware collection to complete the Gramercy Suite. The addition of Gramercy is the only change to the offering itself as there will be no discontinuances as part of this update.
Please see below details and timeline regarding these updates:
- Orders placed on or prior to December 15, 2023 will be entered using current list prices.
- Orders placed starting December 15, 2023 will be entered using the new list prices.
- Updated Estate and Reserve PDF and hard copy price books will be available in early December.
- An updated Excel Price List detailing the Estate and Reserve increases and MAP Schedule (click HERE) are now available.
