| As you are well aware, a trip to the grocery store or gas station makes it clear that inflation is still rampant in our country. Over the last year, consumer prices rose 6.5%. But food (+10.4%) and housing (+8.01% locally) increases were much higher. These increases are also present in our operating costs. Consequently, Regal Brands will need to increase our list prices on Nostalgic Warehouse, Grandeur Hardware, Ageless Iron Hardware and Viaggio products effective June 15, 2023. The increase is approximately 4.9%. We believe that this price increase will not only allow us to maintain our standards of excellence, but also enhance the overall customer experience with shorter lead times and faster response to inquiries. As always, Regal Brands will continue to produce and supply premium quality products, enhance portfolio offerings with exciting and innovative designs, and provide the world-class customer service you are accustomed to receiving from our team.
