Good morning we received this notice from Blanco this morning. Hopefully this helps with getting through to them.
Here is some information that I found to be helpful for those of you and your customers whom have experienced issues with the phone system, and for direction moving forward.
- Please be sure to use the prompt for Customer Service which is option 5, and NOT option 4 which is for PO & Stock checks as that seems to be forwarding directly to voicemail and not an option to speak to our customer service team
- Also, you should be using the 800 number for Blanco America that is on our web-site and product catalog which is 1-800-451-5782, and not the Blanco Canada Line as some of you may have been directed to use in the past
