Effective June 1,  2021. Here is your new price sheet.  5% increase on residential.  
All current prices 1-1-21 is only good until the end of this month of May so please get all orders in by Friday May 28th if possible please. No extension please.  All orders need to be immediate ship.  If we back order the products you still will receive the 1-1-21 pricing. No orders can be held.

I need two large favors please.  1. Just email back that you got this 6-1-21 price sheet and 2.  Please inform your entire sales force, buyers, etc,  to contact all quotes they have about this price increase about the deadlines to get True ordered in May if they want to beat the price increase.
