Basco Communications Regarding Extended Lead Times

Thank you for your patience with us as we work through unprecedented supply chain challenges. We would like to share with you our plans for communicating with you regarding the models that are experiencing extended lead times so that you are properly informed with expected ship dates. Any single door order sent in that requires extended lead times will be properly dated upon entry with the current expected ship date. This date will be included on the order acknowledgement you receive. 
Any multiple door order sent in that contains a combination of units with both regular and extended lead times will be entered as two separate orders and will receive two separate order acknowledgements with their respective expected ship dates. 
Within a week of the initial order acknowledgement, Customer Service will seek to confirm via phone the acceptability of the extended lead time. If needed, they will offer alternatives with regular lead times. 
Approximately two weeks before the unit is to ship, Customer Service will again seek to confirm that the door on order is still desired. Twenty-four hours after this final contact, we will start the manufacturing process.
