Hansgrohe Customer Service Update

Here is Hansgrohe update on shipping and stock.

First, Hansgrohe is catching up quickly! In stock items should ship within 48 hours after the order has been entered, we are still 3 to 4 days behind on entering.  Tracking can be found by going to UPS.com, choose Track by Reference, and enter the PO number as the reference number.

Orders@hansgrohe.com – as mentioned we are still 3 to 4 days behind in entering orders but we anticipate being caught up soon!  Please make sure to send only ORDERS and RGA requests to this address.

Customerservice@hansgrohe.com – We are about 1 week behind on this inbox but are working on these every day. Stock inquiries, ETA inquiries, etc. should be sent here.

Techservice@hansgrohe.com – We are caught up and responding within 48 hours to this email address.  Warranty requests should be sent here.

Our phone lines are still having issues due to high call volume and maxed capacity. IT is actively working with our phone provider to find a solution for these issues.
