Over the weekend, Waterworks systems experienced network outage issues. As of Monday morning, some of our systems are back online. However, the Boutique Partner Portal and various Waterworks.com documents, including Specifications & other Technical Documents, are still experiencing outages.
Our IT department is working diligently to bring these systems back online. If you have any questions in the interim, please reach out directly to your Regional Managers or Waterworks Channel Support.
