Waterworks Memorial Day Holiday Schedule

To All Boutique Partners:

Good Afternoon,

In observance of the upcoming Memorial Day holiday, the Waterworks Support Center will be closing at 3PM ET on Friday, May 22^nd and will be closedthrough Monday, May 25^th.  The Distribution Center will be closed through Monday, May 25^th, and Tuesday, May 26^th.

Below are important cutoff times to note:

·         Cutoff for PO order entry is Thursday, May 21^st at 6PM ET

·         All PO’s received after Thursday, May 21^st at 6PM ET will be entered the following week

·         All sample orders received after Thursday, May 21^st at 6PM ET will be entered the following week

·         Cutoff for overnight and expedited delivery is Friday, May 22^nd at 11AM ET

As a company we will maintain normal business hours on Tuesday, May 26^th.  Our Distribution Center will resume shipping on Wednesday, May 27^th.
