We have made some helpful changes to the inventory file so it’s easier to look for information and also understand what is supposed to be in stock versus what is current (special order) and Discontinued. We started in January at a low base of around 50% availability. Our continuous efforts to balance and increase stocks are showing a much better and healthier inventory level now towards our target of 95% in stock at all times.
In the attachment, you will find a new color coded column explained below: You can filter, by column, depending what you’re looking for.
- GREEN – Stock program – 93% in stock. The missing items are mainly some NEW Luce items and some Puzzle units.
- NO Color – Current items but without stock commitment – 31% in stock.
- RED -Discontinued items for US market, 319 SKU´s of which we still carry stocks in 78% of the items.
With the changes, you can continue to filter by column. The new catalogue will contain new models and the GREEN category will continue to grow.
