Santec will be re-opening on May 18th. As we move forward to process and deliver your existing orders, getting back to fully operational will require time and adjustments. Please note the following short term adjustment to our lead times.
All existing orders will be processed first in first out with the Standard, and Premier finishes lead time within three weeks from re-opening. Custom and Precious metal finishes lead time within six weeks of re-opening.
All new orders lead time is as follow:
1. E-Series in-stock items will ship within 72 hours.
2. Designer Series Standard and Premier finishes have a lead time of 4-5 weeks. Custom and Precious metals lead time will be 8-10 weeks.
Please note the following Designer series lavatory wide spreads are in-stock ready to ship in Chrome and Satin Nickel: Ava, Barosa, Hana, Also new E-series collections Circ Low Profile(Lever), Lyra(Lever & Cross), Katana(Lever & Cross) in-stock and ready to ship in Chrome and Satin Nickel.
The lead times mentioned above will shorten as soon as we return to normal operations. We will be giving out a notification when such time is appropriate.
