Thank you to everyone who has been helping to convert orders normally shipping to a showroom to a homeowner/contractor. Our customers are receiving their shipments faster thanks to your efforts!
To provide the best possible service, we are asking for customers to provide the below information to best facilitate this new shipping approach. The homeowner/contractor email is important for us to have as a 2nd method to reach out to the homeowner/contractor to schedule their delivery. I am seeing many communications from our freight companies to the Customer Delight Team because the homeowner/contractor’s phone number was incorrect and they are unable to reach the homeowner/contractor to schedule a delivery, which is delaying the shipment. Please request an email for the homeowner/contractor moving forward.
Information to request for drop shipments:
- Please provide the homeowner/contractor’s full name/address/phone number/email address, the PO #, and the specific products to include in their drop shipment.
- Additionally, please include if a liftgate and/or appointment are required for delivery.
Our office will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of the Memorial Day holiday.
