| To all of our Distributors, Dealers and Designers, As most of you know, our Galley Tap line is manufactured in Northern Italy. This area of Italy has been at the epicenter of the coronavirus outbreak and, as you can imagine, the outbreak has affected our factory and thus, our supply chain. The good news is that our factory employees and management are all ok. The bad news is that part of Italy continues to be shut down. This disruption has left us with a few backordered products as deliveries from the factory have obviously been delayed. Our backordered items include: Galley Tap Backorders – 4/5/2020 IWT-D-BSS–Tap in PVD Satin Black IWT-D-GSS–Tap in PVD Gun Metal Gray™ IBT-D-YSS–BarTap® in PVD Brushed Gold ISD-1-GSS–Soap Dispenser in PVD Gun Metal Gray ISD-1-YSS–Soap Dispenser in PVD Brushed Gold IHT-D-YSS–Hot & Cold Tap in PVD Brushed Gold We hope to have the factory back up and operating by the end of this month and, if so, I would expect to have these items back in inventory in the July/August time frame. Our inventory is your inventory and we don’t want you to lose one sale during this critical time. All of these products are available in our other finishes so if your client can’t wait, we would encourage you to try to sell them a finish that we do have in inventory at this time. If they are able to wait, we will ship their backordered item as soon as we receive it. Our Workstation factory and Distribution center in Tulsa remain open and fully operational and orders from our Distributor, Dealer, and Designer network continue to be very strong.
