Emtek Status Today

Since the governor of the state of California has told  all unnecessary business to shut down, I wanted to reach out and give you the current status today, Friday, March 20, 2020, since the Emtek factory is located in California.
Emtek, thankfully, is still operational today.  I will keep you updated as things progress.
SOME IMPORTANT CHANGES AND INFORMATION FOR YOUAt the present time, Customer Service is fully functional and operating under normal business hours, 5 am – 5pm Pacific Time.  8 a.m. – 8 p.m. East standard time.
To date, our factory continues to strive to meet Emtek’s unique value propositions of custom hardware assembled and shipped to order within 2-3 business days
Since many of our customers are small business that have had to modify the way they conduct business day to day, Emtek will TEMPORARILY  waive the 10% surcharge for ground shipping fees to residential addresses, effective for orders received on Monday, March 23 through Friday, April 3, for now.
This offer is not effective for wholesalers distributors or internet dealers.  Standard surcharges remain for EXPEDITED shipments.
