It is with bitter sweetness that we announce the sale of our Edgar Berebi cabinet hardware product line to Artisan Hardware Group LTD. After 40 years of designing and manufacturing our various product lines we are succumbing to the inevitable fact that it is time for us to enjoy the fruits of our hard work. We are grateful for the life-long friendships this industry has brought to us.
We are confident that our cabinet line has gone to good hands and we appreciate that many of our much-loved employees are going to continue their employment with Artisan Hardware Group LTD. Both myself and Edgar will do the best within our power to help them achieve and maintain their goals.
However, we are not going to fully retire at this time since we still have our door hardware and Home décor line. We are speaking with several parties regarding the acquisition of our door hardware and home décor business and welcome further inquiries regarding this matter from interested parties.
All orders submitted to Edgar Inc prior to the end of the business day Feb 11, 2020 will be completed, built, shipped, and invoiced by Edgar Inc. All orders submitted on Feb 12, 2020 and beyond will be turned over to Artisan Hardware Group LTD for their fulfillment from our inventory and molds. Artisan Hardware Group LTD will be contacting you shortly regarding their acquisition and share with you their contact information of our cabinet hardware line.
