Our Goal
: Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC believes that you should earn a fair return on your investment and has unilaterally implemented an Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) policy. However, despite our best efforts, there are occasions when violations of our IMAP policy occur.
Our Pledge
: We are offering a Margin Assurance Program (“MAP”) to help you maintain your profit margin when online pricing violates our published IMAP Policy. If a consumer presents you with a properly documented internet price that is below our published IMAP price, we encourage you to match that price and we will issue a credit memo for the difference between the IMAP list price and the violation IMAP price found online that you matched for your customer.
