UPDATED AGA PRICING AND PROGRAM FILES – EFFECTIVE JULY 15, 2019

As most of you are aware, the procurement of AGA branded products are now the responsibility of Middleby Residential. This change removed a middleman, which lowered our costs on key models and will allow us to price our most competitive AGA products, the Mercury and Elise Series, much more aggressively in the market place. This update reflects the addition of several NEW products (i.e. 36” Mercury and Elise Dual Fuel Ranges) and the 36” PRO Style Induction model. In addition, we have repositioned the 48” Mercury and Elise models to be priced the same for like models (dual fuel vs. induction) – with a substantial reduction in the overall price to our customers. On average, this translates to a 25% price reduction on the Elise 48” models and a 33% price reduction on the Mercury 48” models. No changes at this time on any of the traditional cast iron units.

In addition to updated price books, I have attached a “Q” DEALER PRICE file, Also attached is a revised SPIFF form that includes these new models and bumps the 36” and 48” spiff to $150 and $200 respectively. Finally, our Display Program sheet has been updated to showcase these new products. Our standard display allowance for AGA has been increased to 35% , from 25%.

Pricing changes will go into effect on Monday, July 15, 2019 and will be uploaded in our system at the end of business. Product availability on the new 36”Dual Fuel Mercury & Elise Ranges is late July/early August. Printed copies of the new price books are in process.
