We have some important news to share with you before the upcoming 4th of July holiday:
- After more than eight years as an integral member of our KEUCO North America team, Irene Gomez, your contact in our West Coast office has accepted a new position with a company closer to home. Her last day with us will be this Friday, July 5th. Irene has done a tremendous job in supporting you throughout the years, and we will miss her, her professionalism, her work ethics and most importantly her unshakeable positive attitude. Please join me in wishing her much success and all the best for her personal and professional future.
- Following Irene’s departure from KEUCO, we are combining our customer service / inside sales functions in the Atlanta office, where Tyra Jones has already been a valuable resource and support to you since early last year. We are currently interviewing candidates to fill Irene’s position and hope to have a new team member and colleague in place very shortly.
- As a result of the shift to Atlanta, starting Monday, July 8th our customer service hours will be Monday – Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM EST.
- The new fax number to submit orders or any other documents is 678-940-1092. The office email address remains the same office-usa@keuco.com.
- Also, all checks should be mailed to our Atlanta (Duluth) office, effective immediately. We have updated the attached ordering information sheet accordingly. The address is:
