We are delivering on this commitment by bringing our Customer Delight Team to our corporate headquarters, alongside Robern’s design and manufacturing teams. This provides a simpler, faster response to issues. From one-call resolution to white-glove service, we are committed to delighting, not just satisfying. And demonstrating what a thing of beauty customer service can be.
HOW THE CUSTOMER DELIGHT TEAM WORKS:
- You will never be bounced from department to department. You will have a team of experts that will completely own your experience from start to finish. If you call back the next day, it’s going to be the same team. They are going to make sure your request is solved and that you are happy with the solution.
- Robern’s new Customer Delight Team cover specified regions – giving you a dedicated team. Each person on the team is highly trained to handle a wide range of topics, sometimes working with specialists including engineering and manufacturing to solve even the most complex issues.
- The hours of operation have extended by one hour and we are now open
