| Make Adjustments! When you watch a professional basketball or football game, the commentators always grab the head coach during half-time for a quick interview. Whether the coach’s team is winning or losing, he or she always say that they’ll go back and look to see what adjustments need to be made so they can come out and finish the game strong. If their team ends up losing, they’ll say “we’ll have to go back and look at the film to see what adjustments need to be made before the next game.” This strategy can also be used by everyone. Sometime we need to pause and analyze what has happened so far and be ready to make the appropriate adjustment, or replay the situation after it’s over and learn from it so we don’t repeat the same mistake.
