Price Changes in Q3
- Please make sure you are currently utilizing the 7/1 price sheet until 8/1. On 8/1 the remainder of the line will take a price change (average of 3.5%).
- You must place your order in web world prior to 8/1 and request a delivery date 8/15 or before to receive pricing on the current 7/1 price sheet.
2nd Half Compliments
- You should have received new brochures for the 2nd half of Compliments of JennAir at the end of last week. Please display the new brochures & POP on the showroom floor. If you did not receive the box of materials, let me know.
- What changed?
- Columns are now on Compliments of JennAir! 2 columns = 1 BIR
- Example Tier 2 Compliments: 2 columns + panel kit = $1,500
New Product:
Full Height BIR Panel Kits: Shipping August (FDBM + BM) and Sept (SxS)
Columns: Shipping Sept (18″ + 24″ left hinge freezers & 24″ + 30″ right hinge refrigerators) and October (all other columns)
* More specific column & BIR panel kit information including features, line-up, OTS dates, and model numbers is attached!
BIR Lead Time Reminder
- JennAir non-dispensing BIRs are experiencing longer lead times due to a supplier delay. Affected models are JB36NXFXL/RE, JF36NXFXDE, JF42NXFXDE, JS42NXFXDE & JS48NXFXDE.
- Please allow an 8 week lead time on these orders. Please place new orders ASAP and requested the soonest available delivery date in web world to be first in line.
- Alternate BIR options readily available are JS42SSDUDE, JS42PPDUDE, JS48SSDUDE, JS48PPDUDE

Return Policy Reminders
- As a reminder, the JennAir return policy is 60 days with a restock fee of $100 in original packaging or a restock fee of $200 if out of original packaging for good product returns.
- Damaged product returns including concealed damage: within 60 days of shipment or 14 days of will call pick-up.
- RA’s can be authorized in 3 different ways:
