Regarding the lack of available STS-SOSN units over the past few months, ISE has developed a solution. Instead of waiting for the single-outlet unit, you may now order the double-outlet unit, STS-OOSN at the same price. Please take a few minutes to review the changes detailed in the attached letter.
If you have open orders where you are still waiting on an STS-SOSN, please email InSinkErator at the specified address in your letter to remove these obsolete parts from the order. They will confirm the removal when complete. You may then place a new order to include the new STS-OOSN.
