Basco Policy Updates

Dear Valued Customer:
From time to time, Basco finds it necessary to update our policies and procedures.  Attached you will find updated versions of our RGA Policy and Cancellation Policy.  I believe you will find these updates will provide more clarity to the policies and aid you in using them accordingly when the need arises to return or cancel a product.  Should you have any questions regarding these policies, please contact your local Basco Sales Representative or Regional Manager.

Ø  RGA Policy Key Points

o   Doors must be returned within 1 year of PO date.

o   NO CREDIT will be issued for Roda units, KD units, installed units, parts, and less than complete units

o   All cartons MUST BE FACTORY SEALED!!! Basco will no longer accept return of open box units!

o   Credit for units accepted for return will be calculated at List x .25

o   Please review further details on printed policy!

 

Ø  Cancellation Policy:

o   You have 24 hours from order placement to cancel doors without a charge

o   After 24 hours, a 25% cancellation charge will apply (Fee will be calculated at List x .25)
