WHITE IS THE NEW WHITE: Presenting WETSTYLE’s updated white color
Dear valued WETSTYLE partner,
We’d like to inform you of an exciting – and important – change coming to WETSTYLE in 2018. As of March 1, 2018, all WETMAR BiO™ products (bathtubs, washbasins and shower receptors) will be produced using our Apollo white color. The Apollo white offers a cooler and brighter tone than our current “WETMAR white”.
Why change?
For the last two years, we’ve been producing the W2 by WETSTYLE bathtubs and washbasins using the Apollo white. Additionally, for the past year, we’ve made the Apollo white available on all WETSTYLE products as a special order. Following customer feedback and looking at the market trends and demand, we’ve decided to switch all of our production to the Apollo white, which is largely preferred over the current warmer-toned “WETMAR white”.
Updated color codes
Our 2018 price list, which will be distributed in the New Year and be effective as of March 1st, will have new color codes for all WETMAR BiO™ items to reflect the color change. Stay tuned for more information on the new price list and catalogue coming your way in early January.
So what will happen to the “WETMAR white”?
First, in order to eliminate confusion between WETMAR BiO™, our proprietary material, and “WETMAR white”, the color we’ve been using since 2002, we will be renaming it “Legacy white”.
Also, as a transition period, we will continue to offer the Legacy white as a special order, free of charge, until August 31, 2018. After that date, a special order fee will start to apply to all Legacy white orders.
