This exciting new program offers many benefits to you and your customers:
SINGLE LIST Regardless of channel, item will be in-stock and ready to ship in 14 days.
On the shelf in all points of distribution
Ready to Allocate/Ship in 14 days – added to next scheduled truck, expedited shipping options may be leveraged as requested
Example: If the customer is schedule for a truck on Thursday and the 14 days came due on Tuesday, we wouldn’t ship on Tuesday, we would wait to ship on Thursday.
14 days is counted from the date of EDI receipt or order entry
GIVE GUIDANCE Give guidance on the selling floor when working with a customer that needs product quickly.
A STEP TOWARDS OFFERING A SINGLE BRAND SOLUTION Allows for consumers to select Kohler with confidence.
The Stock Price Check (ZV21N) Screen in KCIC has been updated to now include a new flag, titled Core. SKUs that are part of our Ready to Ship Program, will be flagged as Y in this field no later than August 1st, 2017.
