Santec is proud to share with you that we have made several key changes to our operations, all of which are designed to make us a better company and provide better service to you. These changes have created a few temporary growing pains and in an effort to adjust to the changes we are modestly extending lead times.
Effective immediately, we are temporarily changing our lead times to the following:
- Standard Finishes (Polished Chrome, Polished & Satin Nickel, Roman Bronze) – 2-3 weeks.
- Custom, Premier and Precious Metal Finishes – 4-5 weeks.
- E-Series – 7-10 days (although many E-Series products will ship sooner….check with your Santec Customer Service Representative).
- Rough valves-No Change, we will continue to ship these in 1-2 days.
While we expect in many cases products to ship sooner than listed, we want to be as fair and accurate as possible so both you and your customers are satisfied with our delivery to promise commitments.
We expect lead times to be back to normal within 6-8 weeks.
