We would like to inform you that we will not be shutting down this year during the Quebec Construction Holiday (last week of July, first week of August).
The Customer Service department will remain open to answer questions and the factory will be operating. While we will remain open in an effort to catch up and reduce overall lead times, we will be at reduced capacity so as a precautionary measure please add an additional 2 weeks to the lead time for orders received after June 2. We will be working hard to get them out sooner however keep this buffer in place as a precautionary measure.
In summary would like to inform you of the following:
Orders received and confirmed before June 2nd, 2017 will be shipping the week of July 17th, 2017
Orders received and confirmed after June 2nd, 2017 will be shipping the week of August 7th, 2017
