1. Currently the estimated average lead time is 5 business days.
2. Large orders are taking 8-10 business days (2 weeks) with weekends added in.
3. If you are willing to pay for the 2nd day air or next day air charge, those orders are currently being rushed through production in 1-2 days then shipping. If you have large orders this could take a bit longer.
4. Please, if at all possible, email your orders to orders@emtek.com. This reduces the chances of your order being lost.
5. Order Entry is staying on top of orders being entered. If you do not receive an acknowledgment from Emtek on orders you have placed within 24-36 hours, there is a strong possibility the order was lost. Please call or resend the order.
6. Within the next few days, Order Acknowledgments will start showing the projected lead time for your order to be produced.
7. The factory is working 6 day weeks consistently at this time trying to get back on the 1-3 day build time. However, it is anticipated that the extended lead times will remain over the summer months as sales are up. Emtek hopes to be back on track September-October. They are actively hiring and training new staff in all areas.
8. All departments will be put on the production line. Displays will have lengthy delays during this period of time.
If at all possible, I would recommend allowing 2 weeks on orders so you have some wiggle room.
