All Aker Service requests must include PHOTOS of damaged/defective areas, and must be ENTERED on the MAAX Partner Portal to avoid delays.
If you have yet to register for the Partner Portal, please do so at www.MAAX.com. This is the same Portal where you can view that status of your purchase orders.
Please share this important information with your sales staff.
