Hopefully you have noticed over the summer our much improved lead times.
Due to major restructuring along with warehouse and production improvements we’ve been able to shorten our lead time to approximately two weeks including transit.
This means we should have your order out the door within 5-7 business days of receiving it, even during our busier months.
There are some exceptions such as the Palmer and Watermark leg systems, which typically ship within 4-6 weeks. Of course you are always welcome to call us for lead times and if there are any lengthy delays we’ll note it on the order confirmation emailed to you.
