This is a notification to let you know we are updating our dish warranty starting January 1, 2017. As of that date all Dish Drawers in every model will move to a 2-year parts and labor warranty plus 1 additional year parts and labor with online registration. This is valid in all of the United States and Canada with the exception of Quebec. Online terms and conditions will be updated in January to reflect this change. Web banners will also post in early 2017 promoting a 3-year warranty – this includes the 2-year warranty that now comes with the product plus the one additional year. Please note – we have received word that some warranty books have shipped with dish products in 2016 that already showed the 2-year warranty so you may begin receiving inquiries about this ahead of the warranty change. Those customers will receive the warranty stated in their booklet. Moving forward, all dish products sold in 2017 will be covered with this updated warranty.
