Duravit Holiday & Inventory Schedule 2016

Thank you for making 2016 another successful year. As the holiday season approaches, we would like to notify you of our office schedule.

In observance of Thanksgiving, our offices will be closed on Thursday, November 24th and Friday, November 25th.

We will accept orders for shipping in 2016 from the Fontana warehouse until December 16th with last day of shipping being December 20th.

We will accept orders for shipping in 2016 from Atlanta until December 19th with the last day of shipping being December 22nd.

The office will be closed for the Christmas holiday on December 23rd and December 26th.

The office and warehouse will be closed for inventory on December 27th through28th. Our customer service team will be available December 29th through December 30th. Please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance planning your orders to accommodate for this important inventory period.

Please be advised that the last day Duravit will accept any returned goods (RGA’s) will be December 9th. After that date, we will not be able to receive RGA’s for the remainder of 2016.
We will resume shipping from Fontana on January 4th, 2017.

The Atlanta office will be closed for relocation between January 2nd throughJanuary 6th. Shipping from Atlanta will resume on January 9th.
