PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAY ORDERING DEADLINES (excludes custom orders):
Standard lead times (6-8 weeks) will apply. Delivery by UPS Ground.
1. For Thanksgiving (delivery by Friday November 18): ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED by 1:00pm MST Friday September 23.
2 For Christmas (delivery by Friday December 16): ORDERS MUST BE RECEIVED by 1:00pm MST Friday October 21.
Please note that all necessary information should be on the Purchase Order (e.g. escutcheon, lever or knob choice where applicable, function, handing, patina, door thickness, backset). If order includes hand-forged iron, we also need return of signed rust waiver to process the order.
Purchase Orders submitted after these dates cannot be assured Thanksgiving or Christmas delivery. We regret that we are unable to offer expedited lead times for Thanksgiving or Christmas delivery.
For custom orders, please contact us ASAP and plan to order 2-4 weeks before these deadlines.
