The switch over to white primer has begun!
As of Monday March 23rd, Loewen has switched over to a white primer as the standard. During this transition some parts will have been milled and primed with the gray primer, while other parts will have been milled and primed with the white primer. This means that there will be instances where within a package some windows / doors will be primed white and others will be primed gray. There will also be individual components within the windows / doors that will have a mix of gray and white primer.
This isn’t a deficiency or error, but rather an outcome of timing and switch over from gray to white. The mixing of colors should last no more than 1 -2 weeks from the March 23 cut over date.
